About Resilience
The resilience indicator is a subcomponent of resilience and self-esteem. It measures the extent to which people are able to deal with life’s difficulties.
The resilience indicator is one of the two in nef's National Accounts of Well-being model which was built on a single question from the European Social Survey, an issue covered in the potential improvements to indicators discussed in the Learn section.
