About Well-being at work

The well-being at work indicator measures various aspects of people’s well-being in their working lives: their job satisfaction, satisfaction with work-life balance, their emotional experience of work and their assessment of work conditions. It was created as an example of a well-being indicator within a specific life domain.

The results for this indicator include only those survey respondents who were in paid work.
